Amazon just announced that Prime Day will happen this year on Tuesday, July 12th. Prime Day feels like it should be a national holiday. It has become one of the biggest shopping events of the year next to Black Friday and Cyber Monday, according to The Verge.

If you are a TikTok user you know it can be addicting and take up way more time than you planned. I am guilty of watching it at night before bed and getting the TikTok video telling me to stop watching because I have been on the app for too long. Now sometimes I listen and go to bed, but majority of the time I will swipe past it as soon as I see the guy come up on my screen. TikTok is trying to come up with different ways to get people to realize how much time they are spending on the app so they started a screen time control tool.
