Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst who will have the opportunity to work on high-volume, SaaS web, and desktop applications while finding unique ways for users to interact with these products. They will be responsible for completing profit-driven analyses to provide recommendations on how to increase profits and efficiency within some of our high-performing businesses.

Where You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Tracking and analysis of Key Performance Indicators such as profit, user value, click through & conversion rates, traffic volumes, etc.
  • Development and execution of new reports (trends, opportunities, etc.) to boost the business intelligence of the team and refining information into actionable recommendations for the Product Development team members
  • Building and maintaining dashboards in Google Data Studio or other data visualization software
  • Experience working with large datasets and ETL frameworks
  • Ad-hoc queries using Google BigQuery and/or other RDBMS with the ability to write complex SQL queries
  • Data manipulation and presentation in Excel
  • Building and maintaining large data tables in Google BigQuery and/or other RDBMS

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years working as a Business Intelligence Analyst
  • Practical experience with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, charts, etc.)
  • Experience using data visualization software
  • Advanced SQL (select/from/where clauses, data structure, joins, building and modifying tables, etc.)

  • Improving the effectiveness of the product development team through relevant analysis, planning, and reporting
  • Growing the business through insightful reporting and analysis
  • Advancing the productivity of the team through skilled planning, research, and operational efficiencies
